By using our tuning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the results that may be achieved.

All tuning modifications are performed based on the information and files provided by the customer.

2. Warranty

Our tuning files come with a 30-day warranty covering any software-related issues.

This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage to the vehicle
Wear and tear of mechanical components
Issues caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions
Modifications made by third parties

3. Liability

The customer acknowledges that:

Vehicle manufacturer warranty may be affected
Performance modifications may increase wear on components
Some modifications may be for off-road use only
Local regulations must be checked and followed

4. Payment

Full payment is required before tuning work begins.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards
Bank Transfer
PayPal

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days if:

The tuning file has not been used
The vehicle has not been modified
A valid reason is provided

6. Support

Technical support is available:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 18:00
Response within 24 hours
Through ticket system
